No matter what framerate I render a video in there ends up being ghost frames. Frames were it looks like a person is only half there cause one frame is blending into the other. Is this unavoidable?

Just realised the problem wasn't with TimeLapseTool at all. I was viewing the clips rendered in TimeLapseTool in Sony Vegas and SonyVegas was causing the ghosting. So whoops! sorry about that
