I get this pop-up when I try to export a very small 4k video, but according to my laptop's control panel I have 3,88 GB RAM usable space. How can I fix this?

H.264 video requires a lot of memory to encode. The software checks free but not usable RAM because other software uses part of the memory. Please close a few other active programs to free memory for video export.
