I need help configuring the software to import all subfolders within a main folder automatically. My workflow involves taking pictures every two minutes, which are stored in folders named with the date (e.g., 09_16_2025). Each folder contains snapshots taken from 6 AM to 3:30 PM, five days a week.

How can I ensure the software imports all these subfolders efficiently?

Such an option is not supported. The software does not provide any automatic importing, you need to open import view with subfolders box checked. Then you would be able to select all found sequences and import at once. Not sure why do you need to automate this step.

However, if you need to export video with all new taken pictures then you can use automatic export. To avoid subfolders limitation, you can use a tool or script to hardlink all pictures into a single folder before exporting.
