It would be so handy if i could keybind Deflicker for example on a button so i apply it fast on each sequence
Is there any actual way of doing that ?

Unfortunately no.
You can save the effect as preset and apply it in one click. A preset could be applied to all sequences in the project. Right-click on the preset and choose menu item to apply.
