Forgive me as this may have been covered already. I purchased 2 copies of the $39.00 version of Time lapse tool.. The problem is that when I go to activate it for the first time, it works great. When I shut down and use it at some future time ( when I am not logged in) it requires the laptop to be online so that I can activate the software. I love the program and find it very useful. The obvious problem is the activation problems that I mentioned above. I just uninstalled it and dloaded the latest off of the manufacturers website but still have the same problem. It continually states that must be online to activate the program even though I have already done so. Please help with any assistance possible. It is quite a hindrance. You probably use an activation key for free version of the program. Please contact us using website form. For communication please provide email you used to make purchases to get the answer.
