I purchased this software a few weeks ago and have been using it ever since. Randomly today it says I have to activate my license to use the software...I go to put in the code in again but it says an internet connection is required, even though I am connected to the internet. I have uninstalled and re-installed the program but it still says there is no internet connection...what can I do? Was hesitant to buy this software in the first place...

Could you please download installer from http://timelapsetool.com/Download and reintall the applciation? Updated version should fix the issue.
As i said, i have already done that, but I did it again and it still did not change anything. Thanks for the fast response though.
We deployed version with bug fix 2 days ago, this is why I was asking to redownload. Could you type exact error message text please (or attach as screenshot)?
Okay so essentially when i go to export a timelapse, if i select anything above 480p it says upgrade license for higher quality...when i click upgrade it takes me to the activate license page...i enter the activation code (on the activate license page there is a yellow warning symbol that says internet connection is required)...but then it seems to accept my activation code as it goes to the project page afterwards, if i try and export from there I get the same thing...endless cycle.
This means tht you use your personal version key, I just resent you correct key from activation code resend page

Received the same code as I originally have been using...so it did not change anything. I understand the process of entering the code, as I said I purchased the license a few weeks ago and have been using the program with HD exporting ever since, only a few days ago did it randomly stop allowing me to do so.
Just started working again! Thanks for all of the help and fast responses, very reassuring that there is such good support for this program. -Matt
