Hi,

Could you save and send a project file (with .tlt extension) to support please?

Hi there!

I'm posting my problem here since it has to do with transitions as well (and I couldn't create a new discussion). I'm currently checking out the free license. Probably will buy the commercial license soon as I really like your program. I want to use it to make time lapses of paintings I do. I've just made a test video, however it has some problems.

I want to show the process first, then fade out and fade in to the final painting (I'm using a photo for now as I don't have a photo of the final painting yet). Anyway, during the fade out and fade in the transition seems to flicker (it shows some frames that are at full brightness). Have a look at https://youtu.be/RXxaAOsqSNk?t=1m6s. The problem is quite obvious, especially since I'm only using 5 FPS. I'm using H.264 as output format, if that helps. I've tried MPEG-4 and it's slightly better (might be coincidence), but the problem is still present.

Hopefully this can be fixed somehow, as I really like the program and it's easy to use. But transitions not working properly is kind of a deal breaker for me. I'm using version 2.2.2631.

Hi,

Are you referring to video preview or exported video? In preview mode quality of preview significantly depends from your hardware. For export you can increase fps value. Typically time-lapse video with fps below 20 looks jerky.

Hope this helps
