I just purchased a new Windows-11 laptop, but have been unable to install Time-Lapse Tool on that machine. This new computer hasn't been customized in any significant way. The Time-Lapse Tool install seems to be failing early in the process. I get the error message: The older version of Time-Lapse Tool cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group. I don't have an older version of Time-Lapse Tool on this computer, and the version I'm attempting to install was just downloaded from the website. Attempting to rotate them back causes all normally oriented images to also rotate and now be upside down. This happened three times, which just so happens to correspond with the number of domain group policy mapped network drives I don't have permissions on. No big deal, there's obviously plenty of images to work with. However when Timelapse Tool hits one of these images it throws an error and then, bizarrely, stops making the video. I can't imagine why this is preferrable to continuing without the corrupt image. As it is I can't use this program to make Timelapses since it takes too long to find those images. Also, if I delete one of those corrupted images and then try to export my movie again, it says that image doesn't exist and won't continue. That means I need to start the project from scratch. Please check your internet connection and retry." I don't know why this appears, because my internet is working fine, since I'm using the same computer to write this so it should work. I purchased 2 copies of the $39.00 version of Time lapse tool.. The problem is that when I go to activate it for the first time, it works great. When I shut down and use it at some future time ( when I am not logged in) it requires the laptop to be online so that I can activate the software. I love the program and find it very useful. The obvious problem is the activation problems that I mentioned above. I just uninstalled it and dloaded the latest off of the manufacturers website but still have the same problem. It continually states that must be online to activate the program even though I have already done so. Please help with any assistance possible. It is quite a hindrance. Seen from the TLT screen the conversion process seems to be working fine with display of the % of progresses but the created file doesn't have any data in it . I reloaded the software , same problem.
