How do I go about receiving my refund?

Lou posted this 18 March 2015

I purchased your software for the sole purpose of uploading 4k UHDTV H.264 and Motion JPEG files to www.videoblocks.com/

But unfortunately your software does not export the proper containers required for uploading content to www.videoblocks.com/ they do not accept .avi or .mkv containers.

Therefore I would like to have a full purchase refund because I have no use for this software can you please tell me exactly how to go about receiving my refund?

Why cant you export video to QuickTime (mov) or MPEG-4 (mp4) formats as videoblock requested? Time-Lapse Tool is capable to export to both formats.

Does vdieoblock simply refuse to accept mkv or avi files? Or does website provide meaningful message?

Your .mov container is using the mp4 codec which is a non Accepted codec for videoblocks.com

And your MPEG-4 (mp4) container is also using MPEG-4 (mp4) codec which again is not an accepted codec for videoblocks.com

So in summary your software has neither the right containers for H.264 and Motion JPEG codecs

Or the right codecs for the mov container or MPEG-4 (mp4) container

And this is the reason why I am requesting a full purchase refund because the product is absolutely worthless to me.

Hello Lou,

avi and mkv are most common container formats for MJPEG and H.264 codecs, perhaps you uploaded something different...

Anyway you will get your money back soon as you requested.

Good luck,
